Daniel Casillas is a Greenville, South Carolina native and the owner of Table Rock Partners, LLC. His career spans landscaping operations, commercial real estate brokerage, and development, providing him with expertise in construction management, land acquisition, and deal structuring. Daniel’s multidisciplinary background enables him to identify value and efficiently bring projects from concept to completion. He resides in Greer with his wife Jess, daughter Ella, and their golden retriever, Tate.

Land Acquisition Manager

Alex is a Greenville native with a background in sales spanning recruiting and software, where he built a reputation for disciplined deal-making and relationship-driven results. He brings over five years of experience in sourcing opportunities, negotiating terms, and creating win-win outcomes. As Land Acquisitions Manager at Table Rock Partners, Alex focuses on identifying high-quality land opportunities for acquisition, repositioning, and development. His role centers on sourcing solid deals, underwriting opportunities with a long-term lens, and helping guide projects from initial evaluation through execution. His goal is simple: acquire land at the right basis and unlock its highest and best use.

Director of Construction Operations

Devan Kashi serves as the Director of Construction Operations at Table Rock Partners, LLC, leading the development of manufactured homes and overseeing residential construction projects from raw land to final completion. A licensed residential builder, Devan began his career in the residential construction industry in 2021 and has since built a strong reputation for hands-on leadership, operational efficiency, and key quality control standards across every phase of construction. He resides in Travelers Rest with his wife, Karen, their son Liam, and their dog, Mel.

Office Manager

Helene Coleman is the Office Manager at Table Rock Partners, LLC. Helene supports daily operations, finances and people across the organization. She moved to Greenville, SC in 1996 from New York.  Here, she raised her two daughters while becoming a Furman Graduate holding a Bachelors of English degree.

Transaction and Dispositions Coordinator

Isa Timmons is a Transaction and Dispositions Coordinator at Table Rock Partners, LLC. Originally from Summerville, South Carolina, she relocated to Greenville in February 2025 and quickly fell in love with the city. With experience in lending, paralegal work, and real estate development, she supports transactions through careful coordination, organization, and follow-through.
